In the year 2000 I constructed my very first CD under the act name 'Dlugokecki'. That was when a blank CD cost £4!

10 Years on, hundreds of songs and adventures later 'Dlugokecki' thunders on. So we aim to celebrate, reflect and enjoy ourselves.

In a couple of weeks more details will be released about '10 Years of Dlugokecki' so keep checking back!

// XTRAVAGANZA 7 - IT ALMOST DIDN'T HAPPEN!!

Due to a terrible illness - which actually could have been a strain of Swine Flu - I lost my voice on the day of Xtavaganza 7. All day I took Strepsils, Lockets, Soothers, Paracetamol and Lemsip. I arrived at the soundcheck and could not sing a note! I then downed a whole load of honey, lemon, lemsip and many other remedies. I was the most depressed I have ever been in my life. I was upstairs and I could hear the venue heaving down the stairs and I couldn't even speak, let alone speak. I think it was adrenaline, or maybe the concoction of drugs which got me through, When I managed to get through my first song in the warm-up I was so happy I kissed Rox!
Thankfully she didn't punch me - but I couldn't help it. I was overwhelmed with joy.

The gig ended up not being the most polished performance, but more of a miracle and I have never laughed as much in my life. Andy Wild rapped during 'Fairytale of New York' - donning his newly famous hat which we will be putting on ebay soon. It was simply Christmas filled fun and we can't wait to do it all again next year!
